Aim and Objectives
Jammu Defence Academy (JDA) is an Institution designed to impart specialized training to prepare young boys and girls physically, academically sound, and mentally robust for Defence Forces, Territorial Army, Paramilitary Forces, and State Police as an Officer, Sub Inspector, Constable, and Soldier under one roof. We are providing Written coaching to the young kids for admission into Sainik School, Military School, and RIMS.
To provide a complete personality Development course for shaping the students for their career and adjusting them in society. To provide written and spoken English communication skills to the candidates to build up their foundation, which will help them seek jobs in the future.
To establish a center for imparting Career Counseling to Students, parents counseling, and Couple Counseling.
Managing Director (MD)
Lt Colonel RL Panhotra
was born and brought up in the village of Rehal, Jammu(J&K). He did his schooling at Govt High School Rehal and Govt Higher Secondary School Bishnah and then joined the Indian Army. He did his BA, LLB, MBA, PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Post Graduation in Human Rights, PG Diploma in Computer Application, Msc in Counseling, and MA in Psychology during service. He has apt rich experience in the Indian Army and knows about the complete recruitment procedure in the Armed Forces.
